Winner of 7 Academy Awards®, including Best Director! Sandra Bullock plays Dr. Ryan Stone, a medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalski, played by George Clooney. On a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalski completely alone - tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the darkness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.

  • Bad

This is not a good movie. Cheap story, cheap scenes, bad movie
  • Best cinematic experience

I saw this in IMAX, a real imax not the fake imax, the seats were almost vertical and screen almost surrounded my wife and I, it was a good movie but under those conditions in 3D It was the best cinematic experience of my life. I’ve never watched it on a tv because I didn’t want to ruin that. Probably never will.

    Love this movie...
  • Gravity is boring but good

    By Nicholas becerra
Alfonso Cuaron direct the visualy and terrifying trope that was Pan's Labyrinth but with Gravity most of it is kinda boring there is nothing much going on really all we have is Sandra Bullock float around space well it was gripping and thrilling but with Bullock shouting at the screen is incredibly annoying.
  • Hey there’s a fire in a pure oxygen environment.

You might want to put it out before trying to contact George. No logic behind the movie. But somewhat entertaining.
  • Horrible

Ok yeah the scenery is good, but everything else is so bad, I didn’t even finish it. As someone who likes the details to be realistic for this kind of movie, I couldn’t get over George Clooney’s character’s unprofessional behavior, and Sandra Bullock’s character’s apparent total lack of astronaut training. Not to mention the entire premise of the story was impossible. Sorry, but one orbiting debris field can’t knock out nearly every satellite in orbit. The laws of physics died in many other details too. In my opinion all of the above makes for a dumb story.
  • Sandra Bullock Breathing

If you're into watching Sandra Bullock breathe, for an hour and a half...this is your movie.
