Promising movie with promising idea, but did not live up to it. Basically the movie didn't really have a problem it was going to fix. it was just showing how their relationship went from bad to worse, and then there wasn't even a happy ending. Anniston's character was just annoying. After the movie finished, you knew the same amount of information as you did after you watched the trailer.

I love this movie, Vince is hilarious even during a break-up.
  • Great Movie!!

This is great! It was funny and it was realistic. Hey, in the end; most people NEVER make it in a marriage!! Why does everyone think the divorce rate is so high? I give this movie 2 thumbs up for NOT being that same EXPECTED "love always conquers all" because that is NOT TRUE! There are many other factors that either add or take away from love: money, values, etc. It's about time someone did not end a movie on a "sadistically sweet note", but a realistic one!

My bf and I love this movie! Is it bad that this is our favorite movie to watch together?? The acting is great, the story line is great, all in all a wonderful movie! Does it have your typical Hollywood ending? No, but still a must see!

  • Ok, but not great

This story was just not good. The characters were extremely annoying (especially Jen’s character) to the point where you just feel like yelling at them through the screen. And I would not recommend this if you like a fairy tale ending.

There is nothing thoughtful, no emotional content and no real message to this movie. I used to be a Jennifer fan, but after this can't even bare to watch her act anymore...I have never been so disappointed in my life with a movie, apart from Jack starring Robin Williams...this is on par with that...outrageously awful.
