The trailer is misleading. Definitely not worth $5.99. My wife and kids feel as if we just wasted an hour and a half of our lives. We actually contemplated shutting it off halfway and finding another movie to watch. I think I may reach out Apple and try and get my money back. If this is the future of movies we are definitely in trouble. And just when you are so fed up with the movie thinking that maybe there will be some big ending that will make you feel better, no it is horrible.

Serioulsy, wish I could get the time back. Are New Yorkers really that self absorbed and useless?

The preview had me hooked that I would really be into this. I was not. I like the actors in it well enough, but only in other things. This movie should have done better character development on better characters. They were annoying and you find yourself rooting for any outcome but a good one for them. Their incessant whining just takes focus away from a story that had potential to be exciting and interesting if only it wasn’t being hard down by the two main characters. If you want a good example of a disaster film not taking itself too seriously, “it’s a disaster” is able to tell the story of the characters as people and the people trying to get by in the disaster in a comical way. This movie was just average for me. The preview was the best part. Everything else was just passing time until the next movie to watch.
  • It’s a propaganda movie

I really wish movies didn’t have an alternative motive. It’s a well directed movie but....the ethanol bit is a hard punch. To many people work in that industry. I hate how everyone thinks it’s so easy to flip the switch from fossil fuel to electricity
  • Maybe if you're a New Yorker

Wasn't the worst movie I'd ever seen but not being a New Yorker I couldn't identify with the characters - ending made absolutely no sense.
  • Snooze.

Ponderous, slow and quiet are the best ways to describe this film. Certainly not for everyone.
  • Well...

I haven't even seen htis movie yet, but it gets five stars for the "poof on the roof" line from the trailer, which made me want to watch this.
