Loaded with heart-pounding action and jaw-dropping stunts, prepare for the best Mission ever. With his elite organization shut down by the CIA, agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his team (Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) race against time to stop the rise of a new global threat, The Syndicate, a dangerous network of rogue operatives turned traitors. To stop them, Ethan must join forces with an elusive, disavowed agent (Rebecca Ferguson) who may or may not be on his side as he faces his most impossible mission yet.

  • A really solid guilty pleasure franchise

I admittedly loved the first movie back in the day. I totally get why it's not very well reviewed but the fun of it makes up for it (in my opinion.) Part II is REALLY boring and the absolute low point of the series. From there each movie got better and better. Ghost Protocol took me by surprise and Rogue Nation continued the wave. This entry has one of the best motorcycle chase scenes in recent history. Tom Cruise may be a wack job but the guy knows how to enterain us that's for sure. Here's hoping Fallout contimues the good times.
  • An Impossible Mission for M: I

Rogue Nation is an awesome action movie filled with action packed thrillers! The acting performances are great including Rebecca Ferguson, The action is amazing, the story is interesting as Ghost Protocol, the airplane scene, underwater scene, and motor cycle chase scene are all awesome. I loved Rogue Nation from start to finish and I can't wait for Mission Impossible 6. Buy Rogue Nation and Ghost Protocol they're both worth all of your money. 9.3/10
  • Another great "M:I" movie!

The second film in my personal consideration of the "New Trilogy" of the Impossible films, this one is very good. In fact, it's great! Everything about it hd its own true spy-like style to it... the acting, the direction, the story... truly felt espionage! And don't forget Solomon Lane, the greatest villain in the series yet! Such an evil voice, it truly fits his character. The stakes are higher and more extreme, while also not taking itself too seriously.

    Love this one.
  • Doesn’t get any better.

Movie tops any “action” list. It adds a bit of everything and like how they don’t dive into making it a love story. It gets you ready to go rock climbing or want to go buy a BMW and start flying on the highway. I’m a huge ton cruise fan because he reminds me of me. Love or hate him your getting a great flick that you will watch over and over. It even relieves my stress. Anyway great action and Ethan Hunt is still the man. Whether or not you’ve seen any of them you really won’t be confused. Just will buy or rent the rest. Now hit the button and enjoy!

Didn't like it much at all. Is it just me- or is anyone else sick of Tom C being full of himself?? I sure am! 🙄
  • Surprisingly great film

Given that this was the umpteenth film in the "Mission Impossible" series, I did not have high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The truth of the matter is, in my opinion, these films have surpassed the Bond films in terms of entertainment. While Cruis is very good, it's not him alone that makes this movie well worth watching. Simon Pegg is quite funny, and Ving Rhames, Jeremy Renner, and Alec Baldwin are all quite good. And Rebecca Ferguson holds her own along side Cruise. (The Bond films seem to have convoluted plots, and Craig's seriousness has worn thin.) This movie is definitely worth renting, at the very least. And it makes for a great Saturday night movie if you are staying in for the night.
